Food Genius Academy will open its third campus in china, following in the footsteps of Milan and Bologna.
2300 square meters divided into a culinary Lab, a patisserie lab, two classrooms for theoretical studies, a relax area, a library and a huge Hall for both events and open days.
Just as the ones in Italy, FGA Shanghai will be exclusively for vocational courses, not recreational, and based on educating Chefs, Front of House personnel and industry managers. The philosophy will be the same, highest levels of authentic Italian cuisine, we will teach you how to walk, hand in hand with tradition and innovation alike.
A contemporary and practical approach, made possible by the many professional chefs, and managers alike, we surround ourselves with on a daily basis at Food Genius Academy. Our students are put in the hands of working professionals, not teachers by trade.

Shanghai’s campus was supposed to be inaugurated last year, in 2020, the opening has momentarily been postponed as you can imagine.
