It is the most important part of each curriculum: it takes place at restaurants or similar structures, in communication brands, all establishments have been previously vetted by our team of specialists. An informal interview will help us understand your needs and motivations, in order to make matches made in heaven internship wise.
Chefs, restaurant managers, journalists and PR specialists become our interns’ supervisors: placed directly behind enemy lines, they start an evolutionary educational path that will help, at the end of it, an easier placement into the marketplace.
The internship is “activate” by Food Genius Academy Milano which is credited by Regione Lombardia through agreements signed with restaurants, patisseries, agencies, editors and consultancy firms. Our internships are stipulated by our professional formation center for Haute Cuisine, which is itself accredited by “Regione Lombardia”. Our certificates of competence and diplomas are recognized internationally.
The internship lasts normally up to 3 consecutive months. It can however be moulded around the student’s needs and become slightly more flexible to accomodate people from every path of life, while keeping in mind the needs of the structure you’ll be interning, or the office hours of FGA where the master’s internships take place.
Throughout the internship, the didactic secretariat will be at the student’s full disposal, for all queries or confrontation. It also ensures the structure lives up the the students and teachers expectations.
Our placement service at FGA has evolved as a parallel project, an agency that focuses on recruiting and FnB consultancies.
Born May 2017, Chef Around The World is an international firm that represents the biggest talents in Hospitality, shapes entire brigades for restaurants, hôtellerie, events and so on. CATW also focuses on consultancies for restaurants and other FnB firms, from menu engineering to the initial start up and business plan. It also dabbles in staff training and continuous formation.
