The school
The academy is located in Bologna’s city center, in the midst of the most vibrant university city in northern Italy, filled with culture, life, excitement and students from all around.
In a post industrial context, close to the main train Station, Food Genius Academy Bologna expands on 300 square meters, it has two fully equipped labs, a library, a computer room with 20 workstations, and an enormous terrace fitted for events and private dinners.
Courses
Food Genius Academy Bologna offers many curricula, Haute Cuisine, Patisserie and Baking, while sharing the entire program with Milan’s academy, many of the teachers , FGA’s network, but more importantly the same values, methods and strengths.
